WSYC 88.7 FM

The purpose of WSYC-FM is to provide music, sports and information for Shippensburg University and South Central PA. Also, WSYC was created to provide studenttraining in the fields of radio and audio production, to serve the public interest, and to be an instrument of expression for the university community in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Not only do we play breaking music before the commercial stations even know about it, we broadcast shows that feature local and independent artists, as well as new music from around the globe. You might think that makes us different, and you're right, but that's what college radio is all about!
