His time with the mayor is never prepared as he stumbles about, forgets items, drops callers, and basically cannot articulate a sentence without fumbling about and tripping all over the language. Put someone on air who has a radio voice and has post secondary education, preferrably in radio arts, as opposed to someone who is obviously winging it.
