Great news to report. The connection point at Milliken Colo. between Baja Broadband and Level3 has been restored. Baja customers without any other damage to their home/network should be able to connect to the Internet and other services now. Our network monitoring system indicates the majority of our customers in the Milliken area, as well as Woodland Park and Arvada have connectivity restored. If your service has not restored, you may need to reboot. You can reboot your modem by unplugging it from the power source then wait 2-3 minutes and reconnect it to power. To reboot your EMTA unplug from power, remove the battery and then wait 2-3 minutes. Then replace the battery and reconnect to power. For digital boxes, your guide information will start populating as data feeds. If this does not restore your service, please call us.
